Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Move materials to and from storage areas and production areas.
- Organize and stack inventory in designated locations.
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided).
- Ensure all **safety** procedures are followed.
- Use required **PPE** at all times.
- Perform regular checks on equipment.
- Assist with **lifting** and handling of items, up to 60 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of **logistics** operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar **logistics** role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical activity, including significant **lifting**, bending, and standing.
- Understanding of warehouse **safety** protocols.
- Proficiency in using **PPE**.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
