We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be an integral part of our logistics and supply chain operations, contributing to the efficient flow of goods. You will perform a variety of manual tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. This position demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences.
- Sort and organize items for packing.
- Pick and fill orders from stock.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Assist with inventory management and stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times while on the warehouse floor.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform manual tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Physical capability to handle lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong emphasis on following safety guidelines and using PPE.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience as a warehouse worker is beneficial but not required.
