Become a vital Picker/Packer at our state-of-the-art facility in Provo, Utah! We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to accurately pick and pack customer orders. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that our products reach customers efficiently and in excellent condition. You will be responsible for locating items, verifying quantities, packaging them with care, and preparing them for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order slips and RF scanner directions.
- Verify item numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipping, ensuring product integrity.
- Label packages correctly according to shipping guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and general work area.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety regulations and protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts, as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment focused on efficient logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in order picking, packing, or a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and product labels.
- Proficiency with RF scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Comfortable with lifting items up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and following all instructions.
