Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently for shipment using RF scanners and order sheets.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with stock adjustments.
- Follow all established safety procedures and protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding warehouse operations and logistics.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage and ensure quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Commitment to workplace safety and willingness to adhere to all safety regulations.
