You will be responsible for selecting items from warehouse shelves, packaging them for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using scanning devices and pick lists.
- Locate and retrieve products from various warehouse locations.
- Inspect items for damage before packaging.
- Package orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order picking, or similar role is a plus.
- Familiarity with scanning devices and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Comfortable with lifting items up to 35 lbs repetitively.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
