Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts of inventory items within the warehouse.
- Investigate and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
- Process inventory adjustments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Monitor stock levels and identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and policies.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and audits.
- Ensure the proper organization and identification of all stored goods.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve inventory issues.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure the proper use of PPE when in warehouse areas.
- Assist with tasks involving potential lifting or movement of goods as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of inventory management principles and best practices in logistics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
