We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Fulfillment Associate to join our thriving warehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be directly involved in the processing and preparation of customer orders, playing a key part in our e-commerce logistics. Your responsibilities will include picking items accurately from inventory, carefully packing them for shipment, and ensuring that all orders are dispatched on time and meet our quality standards. This position demands a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a dedicated team to achieve operational goals. We place a strong emphasis on safety; all associates are required to wear appropriate PPE and follow all established safety procedures meticulously. This role requires physical capability, including frequent lifting of items up to 40 pounds, sustained standing, walking, and bending. Experience with order fulfillment processes and RF scanning equipment is highly desirable. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations based on customer orders.
- Inspect picked items for any damage or defects.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Meet daily picking and packing productivity targets.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable with standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Understanding of logistics and e-commerce fulfillment processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all regulations.
