Responsibilities:
- Receive picking lists and navigate the warehouse to locate items.
- Accurately select products using scanning equipment or manual lists.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order requirements.
- Transport picked items to designated staging or packing areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of PPE.
- Report any stock discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to optimize workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to strictly follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
