- Accurately retrieve products from designated warehouse locations based on order forms or scanner data.
- Verify the items and quantities picked against order requirements.
- Stage picked items for packing or further processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandated use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet established productivity targets and quality standards for order picking.
- Operate pallet jacks and other relevant warehouse equipment safely.
- Understand and contribute to the smooth functioning of our logistics operations.
- Capability to perform tasks requiring lifting up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret order documents and product information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
