- Accurately select items from warehouse shelves according to order sheets or electronic scanners.
- Verify the identity and quantity of each item picked.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace in accordance with company standards.
- Strictly follow all safety rules and guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Achieve daily performance targets for picking accuracy and volume.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
- Understand and execute your role within the broader logistics framework.
- Be proficient in tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand product labels and order information.
- Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Must be able to remain active, standing and walking, for the duration of the shift.
- Capability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.
