Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Verify product identification and quantities against order slips.
- Operate RF scanners to manage inventory and update order status.
- Consolidate picked items and stage them for packing.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or order picking role is advantageous.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
