We are looking for efficient and detail-oriented individuals to accurately pick products from inventory and prepare them for shipment. This fast-paced role requires speed, accuracy, and a strong focus on **safety**. You will be an essential part of our **logistics** operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed correctly and efficiently. We strictly enforce the use of **PPE** and safe **lifting** practices to maintain a secure and healthy work environment. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently to meet targets. Your contribution is vital to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order slips.
- Verify product codes and quantities before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safety**-conscious work area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Follow all company **safety** guidelines and mandatory **PPE** requirements.
- Adhere to guidelines for **lifting** and material handling to prevent injuries.
- Contribute to achieving daily fulfillment goals and overall **logistics** efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform **lifting** up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse **safety** standards and **PPE** usage.
