Responsibilities include picking items from inventory, packing them securely for shipment, and ensuring all orders are ready for dispatch. - Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into designated shipping boxes.
- Verify product details and quantities against order specifications.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for transit.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring proper storage.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and **safety**-compliant work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, following all **safety** guidelines.
- Wear and use all required **PPE** at all times.
- Perform **lifting** and movement of merchandise according to **safety** standards.
- Contribute to overall **logistics** efficiency and team goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Capacity for standing for extended periods and performing **lifting** up to 40 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse **safety** and **PPE** protocols is essential.
