Job Summary:
We have an immediate opening for a Fulfillment Associate in our Boston, Massachusetts facility! This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing a variety of products for shipment, working within a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse environment. A strong focus on **safety**, attention to detail, and the ability to meet performance targets are key. You'll be an integral part of our **logistics** chain, contributing to overall operational success. We believe in a culture of safety, and adherence to all **PPE** guidelines and safe **lifting** practices is mandatory. Accurate inventory management is also a part of this role. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
  • Verify order details and product information to ensure accuracy.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and **safety**-conscious work area.
  • Operate manual and electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
  • Follow all **safety** protocols, including the mandatory use of required **PPE**.
  • Adhere to guidelines for **lifting** and material handling.
  • Contribute to departmental goals and the overall **logistics** flow.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Capability to stand for long periods and perform **lifting** up to 40 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse **safety** standards and **PPE** usage.
