Job Summary:
Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Worker in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! We are looking for motivated individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and staging orders for delivery, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role is fundamental to our logistics network, ensuring the efficient flow of goods and timely fulfillment of customer orders. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of performing consistent Lifting, possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate a commitment to Safety. We provide comprehensive training and the necessary PPE to ensure a secure working environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the logistics industry and contribute to a growing company. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other manual lifting equipment.
  • Assist with regular inventory counts and checks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform manual tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Strong commitment to Safety and adherence to company policies.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
