Seeking motivated Order Pickers for our busy distribution center in Denver, Colorado. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your efficiency and precision are key to maintaining our high standards of service. Responsibilities:
- Locate and pick products from warehouse shelves using order lists and RF scanners.
- Verify accuracy of picked items against order requirements.
- Pack items carefully into appropriate containers for shipment.
- Stage picked orders for consolidation and final shipping.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of picking areas.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed, contributing to overall logistics.
- Be able to perform tasks involving regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and item labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capability for frequent Lifting and moving of products.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics and inventory flow.
- Commitment to Safety and correct use of PPE.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
