Become a key player in our efficient operations as a Fulfillment Associate at our Milwaukee, Wisconsin facility. You will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately and swiftly fulfilled. This role involves a mix of picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and stage orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and system updates.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and scanning devices.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Be able to manage Lifting of packages up to 50 lbs consistently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
- Physical capability for standing, walking, and performing tasks involving significant Lifting.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics and inventory management concepts.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable attendance and work ethic.
