We are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Associate to join our bustling operations in Miami, Florida! As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in all aspects of warehouse management, from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. This role is key to the success of our supply chain and logistics operations. A strong focus on safety and operational efficiency is essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick, pack, and assemble orders for shipment.
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders.
- Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse according to designated layouts.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and maintain required PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and support overall logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and basic logistics .
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when necessary.
- Dedication to maintaining a high standard of workplace safety and proper use of PPE .
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
