Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Material Handler to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be responsible for the movement and organization of materials within our warehouse. This is a critical position within our logistics network, ensuring that raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods are managed effectively and safely. You will operate various types of material handling equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations. A strong understanding of warehouse processes and a commitment to safety are essential. Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
  • Transport materials to and from designated storage areas.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
  • Ensure materials are properly stored and secured.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure operational readiness.
  • Support shipping and receiving operations as needed.
  • Properly utilize required PPE.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred).
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting, up to 60 lbs regularly.
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols in a warehouse setting.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and operate machinery for extended periods.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
