Join our fulfillment team as an Order Picker in St. Louis, Missouri! This role is central to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse to locate and retrieve specific items according to order lists, using scanning devices and other equipment. Accuracy and speed are critical to meet productivity targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Key duties include picking items, verifying quantities, and preparing them for the packing and shipping stages. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential, as is strict adherence to all Safety guidelines. We provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your well-being. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods and responsible for the occasional Lifting of products. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret order sheets and pick lists.
- Locate and retrieve specified items from warehouse shelves.
- Use RF scanners and other equipment to track picked items.
- Verify item accuracy and quantities against order details.
- Stage picked items for the packing station.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Meet individual and team picking goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
- Willingness to use provided PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
