This role is essential for our logistics operations, contributing to the seamless handling and movement of goods within our facility. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including receiving inventory, stocking shelves, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. We emphasize a strong commitment to Safety, and all associates are expected to adhere to established procedures and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves regular physical activity, including frequent Lifting of various items. A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are key to success. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload materials from incoming shipments.
- Verify inventory against purchase orders and record any discrepancies.
- Stock merchandise in appropriate locations throughout the warehouse.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently to prevent damage.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carriers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or related field is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to upholding Safety standards.
- Willingness to use all provided PPE.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
