We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Worker to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations and contributes significantly to our overall logistics efficiency. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and putting away stock, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining the general organization and cleanliness of the facility. A strong commitment to Safety is essential, and you will be required to follow all established protocols and wear the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of materials up to 50 pounds. You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that workflow is maintained and deadlines are met. Experience with manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other basic warehouse equipment is expected. We value individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and put away incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock counts.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Use required PPE at all times.
- Perform tasks involving significant Lifting of inventory items.
- Support the overall logistics operations of the distribution center.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Proficiency in using basic warehouse equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to wear and use required PPE.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management is a plus.
