We are seeking a diligent Receiving Clerk for our Las Vegas, Nevada facility. This critical role involves managing the intake of all incoming goods, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining proper documentation. You will be responsible for verifying deliveries against purchase orders, inspecting shipments for damage, and accurately entering received items into our inventory system. A strong commitment to Safety and detail is vital. This position is fundamental to our Logistics operations, ensuring that our inventory is accurate and readily available. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Accurately record received goods into the inventory management system.
- Tag and label incoming items appropriately.
- Organize and stage received products for put-away.
- Maintain a clean and orderly receiving area, adhering to Safety regulations.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding shipments.
- May involve some moderate Lifting.
- Wear designated PPE for your Safety.
- Support the efficiency of our Logistics department.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Receiving Clerk or in a similar warehouse role.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and computer systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
