Join our dynamic warehouse team in Cincinnati, Ohio, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support a range of warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and inventory management. This role is critical to the efficiency and accuracy of our Logistics operations. You will work closely with team members to ensure that products are handled with care and that orders are processed promptly. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all Safety protocols and guidelines.
- Perform tasks that may involve considerable Lifting.
- Wear appropriate PPE to ensure personal Safety.
- Support the smooth operation of our Logistics functions.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to follow Safety procedures.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
