This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and correctly. You will work with a variety of goods, so attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely are critical. Maintaining an organized workspace and adhering to strict safety guidelines are paramount. We provide all necessary PPE to ensure your well-being while performing tasks that may involve moderate to heavy lifting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations using order sheets or scanners.
- Inspect items for defects or damage before packing.
- Neatly and securely pack items into appropriate shipping boxes or containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through proper picking and scanning procedures.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, including stocking and general organization.
- Meet individual and team performance goals for order fulfillment speed and accuracy.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capacity for lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics processes.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and using PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
