Join our team in Provo, Utah, as a Material Handler! We are looking for a versatile and dependable individual to manage the movement and organization of materials within our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading supplies, transporting materials to designated areas, and assisting with inventory control. This role is fundamental to ensuring the efficient flow of goods throughout our facility and supporting production and shipping schedules. You will work closely with other team members, adhering to all company policies and procedures, especially concerning Safety and the correct use of PPE . The ideal candidate is physically fit, capable of performing tasks that involve standing, walking, and significant Lifting . A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately are essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming materials.
- Transport materials to and from various work areas within the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all established Safety guidelines and protocols.
- Wear all required PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient logistics operations.
- Perform manual tasks including regular heavy Lifting .
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and heavy Lifting (up to 70 lbs).
- Proficiency in using basic material handling equipment.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and logistics .
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to procedures.
- Willingness to wear and properly use all required PPE .
