Seeking a reliable and diligent Warehouse Worker to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee! This position is fundamental to our logistics operations, involving the handling of goods from arrival to dispatch. You'll be responsible for various tasks such as receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and loading. - Receive and accurately record incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform inventory counts as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
- Assist in maintaining accurate shipping and receiving records.
- Contribute to overall team performance and warehouse goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse procedures.
- Willingness to wear and utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including occasional weekends.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to workplace safety.
