The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating commercial sales aspects and order processing for assigned key accounts in Durr Universal's acoustics business. This position provides professional, reliable, and efficient sales support to the Strategic Account Manager. This includes effectively working with both internal and external customers/partners. Key responsibilities include: Providing assistance, support, and general knowledge of our sales process to internal and external customers Initiating internal sales processes by creating inquiries in SAP, DMS project folders, and EWR's for new and revised customer RFQ's Responsible for successful coordination and communication with Engineers, Strategic Account Manager, and Project Manager. Communicates well and assists in coordinating project details with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Cost Estimating, and Finance, as required to convert inquiries to quotations then to Sales Orders in SAP and modifies existing orders as needed Maintaining essential relationships within the organization as well as our customers Continually working to identify potential internal process improvements/efficiencies Keeping account pipeline updated within Durr Universal's CRM system (Salesforce) Following up with internal team and customer on cross-functional projects as assigned by Strategic Account Manager Staying informed of activities such as pricing, new products, problems, and services of competitors Creating pricing spreadsheets for annual recosting campaign. Assisting with evaluating profit margins, and growth within Key Account Assuming other special projects and responsibilities as assigned Travel requirement: 5-10% Candidate requirements include: Associate degree in a related field or 5 years related work experience required 5+ years sales or customer service experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Teams Knowledge of CRM preferred (Salesforce) Previous experience with SAP preferred Project management skills Ability and willingness to work in a team environment Able to provide exceptional customer service Exhibit excellent problem solving and communication skills, written and oral Resourceful and proactive with a positive outlook Independent, motivated, accountable Be highly organized with a strong attention to detail with the coordination of multiple, concurrent projects Customer-focused with an eagerness to engage for the joint success of all projects Durr CTS Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
