Now, we're looking to bring on a few more Inside Sales Representatives to round out this high-performing group. Our curated collections help librarians inspire young readers and support lifelong learning. Be part of a launch team. Help build a new sales hub from the ground up and set the culture for success. What You'll Do Make 100+ daily touchpoints (outbound calls + emails) with librarians and decision-makers and hit targeted talk-time goals. Build relationships while understanding each library's collection needs. Recommend subscription solutions that drive new business and renewals. Achieve monthly KPIs across touchpoints, talk time, and sales metrics. Use dashboards and scorecards to track performance and stay accountable. Partner with teammates, share insights, and celebrate wins together. Shifts Available: MonThu: 3 days 8AM5PM, 2 days 10AM7PM; Fri 8AM5PM MonThu: 10AM7PM; Fri 8AM5PM MonFri: 8AM5PM Travel: Up to 10% for conferences and events (plane, train, or car).
