Elwood Staffing is hiring a Temporary QA Assistant in Pittsburg, TX! Monday-Friday 5am-5pm, most Saturdays and some Sundays. This will be a 6 week+ assignment $16.50/hr! This client is a manufacturing company in Pittsburg, TX! Temporary QA Assistant Details: Temporary position $ 16.50 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 05:00pm) Most Saturdays and some Sundays Perform routine product sampling and quality testing during processing and packaging Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards Operate laboratory and testing equipment such as moisture analyzers, thermometers, scales, and other QA instruments Collect and test raw ingredient and finished product samples Document test results and enter data into quality tracking systems Verify metal detectors, magnets, and other quality checkpoints Place products on quality hold when required and complete documentation Communicate quality issues and test results to operators and supervisors Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP guidelines, and food safety regulations Assist with sanitation inspections and product changeover checks Other duties as assigned Temporary QA Assistant Qualifications: Must have previous QA experience Jewelry, false eyelashes or nails are not allowed.
