Cloud Infrastructure Lead - Based in Dublin

A leading enterprise is looking for a senior technical professional to take charge of their AWS cloud platform.

This is a hands‑on role with end‑to‑end responsibility for platform performance, reliability, and team guidance. You won’t manage people formally, but you’ll lead 8–10 engineers through technical decisions and delivery.

• Own and manage enterprise-scale AWS environments
  
• Lead decisions on architecture, platform standards, and best practices
  
• Improve uptime, system reliability, monitoring, and cloud cost management
  
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
  
• Oversee container deployments with EKS and ECS
  
• Act as a technical authority for the engineering team
  
• Ensure security, compliance, and operational governance are met

• Strong Terraform / IaC expertise and hands‑on container knowledge
  
• Proven ability to guide multi‑engineer technical delivery
  
• Experience improving system stability, performance, and cost efficiency
  
• Confident communicator, able to influence engineers and stakeholders
  
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup in Dublin (1 day per week onsite)
