IT Audit Manager

Compensation: c.€100,000 base + bonus, pension, health insurance, annual leave and other benefits

We are working with a large Irish organisation undergoing significant transformation, seeking an IT Internal Audit Manager to join their Group Internal Audit team. This role offers exposure to a wide range of business areas, involvement in strategic projects, and the opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders while maintaining audit independence. The position combines hands-on audit delivery with strategic input, in a supportive and forward-looking environment.

• Lead and deliver IT-focused audit assignments, from planning through to reporting
• Support the development and execution of the annual audit plan
• Provide assurance on IT governance, risk management, and internal controls
• Partner with business management to identify risks, control gaps, and improvements
• Coach and support team members while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

• 4+ years’ experience in IT audit, with at least 2 years at manager level
• CISA qualification (or equivalent) required; degree in IT, information security, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of IT control frameworks such as COBIT or NIST
• Strong report writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and delivering independent assurance
