Production Manager

Perform Recruitment is currently seeking aProduction Manager on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly respected beef processing company based in Co. Meath.

Our clientis a leader in exporting premium Irish beef to high-end European markets. With integrated slaughter and deboning facilities and a sharp focus on quality, they are undergoing a major growth phase and are now looking for an experienced professional to join their dynamic operations team.

Oversee and support all aspects of production and operations

Deliver on key performance targets (KPIs)

Collaborate with management on raw material specifications

Monitor and analyze production efficiency

Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance

A relevant third-level qualification

Proven experience in a Production Manager role within the Agri-Food sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good spoken and written English

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

A proactive and solution-driven mindset

Previous experience in beef processing is a distinct advantage

Familiarity with health, xcfaprz safety, and environmental standards
