The Role They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Dublin team.
In this role, you will lead the delivery of prestigious construction projects across sectors such as residential, hotel, commercial and logistics.
You will work directly with clients, drive project excellence, challenge assumptions and ensure the highest standards are met from inception to completion.
What Youll Bring The ideal candidate will possess (but is not limited to): A relevant third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or Quantity Surveying Experience working in a construction consultancy, client-side or developer environment Project experience in Residential, Hotel, Commercial or Logistics sectors Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills High-level reporting and documentation capabilities Proficiency in preparing and analysing construction programmes Experience in contract administration (Public Works experience is an advantage) Excellent communication, presentation and IT skills A sharp, detail-focused approach to project delivery A motivated, proactive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile Life in This Organisation Youll join a company that thinks differentlyone with a fast-paced, open and collaborative structure where everyones voice counts.
