Duties:
- evaluate and care for patients with preventative guidance
- Evaluate patient medical history and conduct physical examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Provide treatment and management plans for patients. Create preventative care plans with patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and management

Pay: $40,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
