Your Role in Our Success: Welcome customers warmly as they enter the Print Solutions area and address their needs promptly.
Engage customers with open-ended questions to deepen relationships and understand their printing requirements.
Utilize order intake tools to gather project details and propose comprehensive print solutions.
Assist customers in the self-service area with tasks involving copy machines and PC rentals.
Ask qualifying questions to generate potential leads during consultations.
Be adaptable by performing additional duties as needed, such as assisting customers with shipping.
What We’re Looking For: Flexibility to work according to the store's schedule.
A strong ability to work with diverse customers to provide tailored solutions.
Attention to detail and the ability to identify quality issues.
Basic computer skills to manage electronic files and use programs like Microsoft Word.
Collaboration skills to work effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
Conflict management abilities to handle situations calmly and cooperatively.
Integrity and honesty in managing customer and business information.
Physical capability to lift and move supplies weighing between 10 to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
