What You’ll Be Doing
As a software engineer you will be working with product managers and other software engineers in agile teams to build our next‑generation APIs by implementing business‑critical features and setting standards that will help define the future products.

• 
  
• Design, build and maintain scalable and robust APIs
  
• Performance optimizations on the backend with highly challenging SLAs
  
• Ensure system responsiveness, robustness and high availability on our AWS Tech Stack
  
• Directly impact our generated revenue by implementing critical business features
  
• Improve our CI/CD pipeline to ensure constant production delivery of high‑quality features
  
• Improve our automated tests suite in terms of speed and accuracy
  

What You Must Have

• 
  
• 3+ years Experience with Java and related technologies, eg. Spring, Junit, JAX‑RS/Jersey etc.
  
• Deep understanding of Java/J2EE and other supporting back‑end technologies
  
• Experience with unit and integration testing and writing clean code
  
• Understanding of REST APIs, OOP, and related standard methodologies
  
• Knowledge of architecture and design patterns and anti‑patterns
  
• Proficient knowledge of SQL and relational database techniques
  
• Delivered results in a fast‑paced environment that requires ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as on a team
  
• Bonus Skills/Experience
  
• Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, AWS (S3, EKS, CloudWatch, Lambda, EC2), MyBatis, Gradle
  
• Understanding of microservice architecture and other related technologies such as Spring Boot
  
• Collaborating within a team utilizing a source code repository such as Git
