Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Best Way Roofing LLC is looking for a friendly and organized Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, assisting customers in English and Spanish , scheduling appointments, and providing front desk support to ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Schedule roofing estimates, inspections, and service appointments
• Greet customers and visitors at the front desk
• Communicate with customers in English and Spanish
• Provide information about roofing services and company offerings
• Maintain customer records and update scheduling systems
• Coordinate with sales and field teams for appointments
• Follow up with customers regarding estimates and services
• Handle basic office tasks such as emails and paperwork

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English and Spanish required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, CRM)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Previous customer service or office experience preferred

• Full-time
• Monday – Friday
