Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Plus bonus

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead the design, delivery, and

evaluation of learning programs that drive employee performance and business results.

This role partners closely with business leaders to identify skill gaps and implement

innovative, scalable learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead and develop a high-performing training team, including hiring, coaching,

and performance management

 Partner with business leaders to assess training needs and align learning

initiatives to business goals

 Design, develop, and deliver training programs using classroom, virtual, and

blended learning methods

 Facilitate training sessions and oversee course development projects

 Evaluate and improve training programs using data and continuous improvement

practices

 Develop learning content, including e-learning, audio, and video materials

 Collaborate with sales and operational leaders to create training materials and

SOPs

Qualifications

 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Leadership

 Bachelor’s degree preferred

 Proven experience designing and delivering effective training programs

 Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills

 Proficiency with learning technologies, online tools, and Microsoft Office

Compensation & Benefits

 $60,000–$65,000 base salary plus bonus
