Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Services Technician II to join a growing IT support team. This role provides advanced technical support for employees and plays a key role in maintaining the reliability, performance, and security of end-user technology.
Technician II professionals handle complex troubleshooting, assist with system administration tasks, support technology deployments, and contribute to process improvements across the service desk. This role works closely with other IT teams to ensure efficient resolution of issues and a high level of service delivery.
This is an on-site position based at the organization's corporate headquarters and requires frequent collaboration with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support to employees and accurately document issues in the service desk system
- Monitor, prioritize, and resolve incoming service requests and incidents
