Established manufacturing company seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support order processing, quoting, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer quotes, RFQs, and price estimates
• Work with metal materials pricing and lead time
• Order entry and ERP data accuracy
• Provide order status and delivery updates
• Review order details and specifications for accuracy
• Maintain records and document customer interactions
• Coordinate with production and quality teams Qualifications
• Customer service or order processing experience
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Ability to read basic technical drawings a plus
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
