Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.
  • Manage client accounts, process transactions, and handle cash when necessary.
  • Perform data entry accurately into company systems to update customer records.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications and other software tools to support daily operations.
  • Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and client satisfaction levels.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
  • Outbound calling experience is desirable for proactive client engagement.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
