Requirements

• Sales experience required to provide a strong foundation for success.
• Insurance experience is a plus, but not required, as we provide the training and structure to help you grow quickly and confidently.
• Willingness to engage in top-tier training, utilize proven systems, and complete licensing support requirements.
• Fluent in Spanish & English (Verbal & Written)

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our current customers, providing top-notch customer service.
• Advise customers on opportunities to fully protect themselves and add additional products.
• Help customers close coverage gaps and reduce exposure.
• Ensure customers feel confident and fully understand how their property and casualty coverage work.
