Family Practice Physician (Primary Care, Outpatient)

Locations: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule:  Full-time or Part-time

About the Opportunity

A mission-driven, faith-based community health organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician  to join our team in Los Angeles County or San Diego.

We provide comprehensive, high-quality care  to underserved and immigrant communities, including medical, dental, vision, behavioral health, and wellness services. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values compassionate, culturally sensitive care in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope primary care to adult and/or pediatric patients.
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care focused on prevention and wellness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to address physical, emotional, and behavioral health needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation using eClinicalWorks (eCW)  EMR.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an approved residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds .
• Active California Medical License  and DEA License .
• Bilingual in English/Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) .
• Strong communication and cultural competency skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary:  $232,960 – $290,000 annually
