Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine)

Location: Southgate/Allen Park MI
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: Competitive salary + Benefit or 1099

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our growing healthcare team. This role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients
• outpatient or inpatient - fexeible module , preferred hydrbid 
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Perform routine checkups, physical exams, and preventive care
• Develop and manage treatment plans 
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Collaborate with specialists and healthcare staff as needed
• 3 yr committment pimary care module

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid state medical license (or eligibility to obtain) in michigan
• Commitment to quality patient care
