Admissions Specialist

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

-Assist prospective students with the application and enrollment process.

-Provide information about academic programs, financial aid, and admission requirements.

-Maintain accurate records and databases related to admissions.

-Communicate effectively with students and parents via phone and email.

-Perform additional job-related duties

-Some travel is expected

Qualifications:

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Experience in customer service, student support services, or college admissions is a plus.

-Ability to work in a team-oriented, positive, and fast-paced environment.

-Proficient with computers; ability to learn and adapt to various software programs (CRM, etc)

-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Business, Communications, or related area) is preferred but not required.
