Job Description

Crossroads is looking for an individual who desires to build a private practice with the help of an experienced management team and the support of other professionals to collaborate with. We are a medium sized practice in Columbia, Maryland who prioritize excellent patient care and flexibility for providers within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Clinicians at Crossroads Psychological Associates are all independent contractors. In essence they all get to run their own practice, choose their own hours and rates and be their own boss. While flexible, we need a provider who would be interested in working between 20 and 40 hours a week. Pay is based on a competitive percentage of receivables and expected to be between $80k and $250k or more, depending on the number of patients appointments.

Crossroads provides office space, billing, EMR, technical support, schedule management, prescription management, competitive revenue sharing percentages and more in a collaborative environment with other professionals.

Additionally, one of our full time Psychiatrists is looking to retire toward the end of this year. A new Psychiatrist could inherit a sizable percentage of their patients and have a strong base of patients to continue to build a practice off of.
