Pay:  $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

No experience is required but preferred. There will be paid training based on experience and need, 2 Weeks PTO, Paid Holidays. Duties:
- Oversee Patient Care and Coordination for home bound patients
- Perform routine check-ups, screenings, and physical examinations
- Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries
- Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary
- Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care with specialists
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as DME (Durable Medical Equipment) and laboratory tests
- Provide home care instructions and support for patients recovering from illness or surgery

Experience:
- No NP Experience Necessary
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems, preferably EClinicalWorks

- Preferred Experience in Home Health or Critical Care
