We are currently recruiting for a Planner to be based in our Cork office, working on projects across Cork and Limerick.

Responsibilities

  • Producing construction schedules for agreement with client in conjunction with the Project Manager.
  • Fully resource/cost loaded schedule.
  • Maintenance of construction schedule.
  • Track planned versus actual progress.
  • Work with construction team members to capture and log any issues affecting progress.
  • Attend site meetings (internal and client based).
  • Monitor original versus actual budgets for scope growth/changes.
  • Use of internal database project control system.
  • Ensure all progress is captured in updates of system.
  • Monitor fabrication shops and site installation output.
  • Use of database reporting system for circulation of information to project team.
  • Take lead in production/co-ordination in issuing of weekly construction reports.

Qualifications

  • Relevant 3rd level qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience (ideally in an M&E contracting environment).
  • Experience in Primavera P6 software required.
  • Remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
  • May be required to visit/support other project locations.
