Interim NPD Manager

This opportunity is ideally suited to someone already based in Ireland and available for a short-term contract assignment

We are partnering with a well-established and growing food manufacturing business in Cork who require an experienced Interim NPD Manager to support the site through a key delivery phase.

This is a hands-on, site-based role requiring someone who can operate autonomously and drive projects from concept through to launch within a fast-paced retail-led environment.

• Lead NPD projects from concept development through to launch
  
• Manage customer briefs and retailer expectations
  
• Coordinate factory trials and process validation
  
• Work cross-functionally with Technical, Operations, Commercial and Procurement
  
• Ensure products meet quality, cost and margin objectives
  
• Deliver projects to tight timelines in a busy manufacturing environment
  
• Provide strong technical xcfaprz input during scale-up and commercialisation

• Proven food manufacturing NPD experience
  
• Hands-on factory trial and launch experience
  
• Commercially aware and delivery focused
  
• Available for a 3–6 month day-rate assignment
